Understanding ATIC

What Is the AI Tourism Innovation Center?

ATIC is a physically installed, professionally managed, and internationally certified innovation ecosystem — enriching KSU's Tourism & Hospitality degree without disrupting it.

"Think of ATIC as KSU's own AI-powered Tourism Technology Lab and Certification Factory: BSc students learn real industry AI tools in state-of-the-art labs, earn 10 internationally recognised certifications, and launch their own tourism tech products — all within their existing degree journey."

What ATIC Is NOT

Clearing Up the Misconceptions

✗ NOT a separate degree programme
ATIC does not replace or compete with the KSU BSc. Students keep their existing degree programme entirely.
✗ NOT a student-funded programme
Students pay nothing extra. KSU funds the entire ATIC certification suite through a per-student delivery fee paid to VVG Academy.
✗ NOT a curriculum change
ATIC runs alongside the existing BSc with zero changes to KSU's academic calendar, faculty workload, or module structure.
✗ NOT a competing institution
ATIC is a facility within KSU — branded as "KSU AI Tourism Innovation Center — Powered by VVG Academy UK & VFS Global."
